  Shipping Information

Shipping Rates and Policies

When you place an order via the online shopping cart system, you will receive an automated response indicating your order was received. A second email will be sent to you if all items are not available for shipping, or to quote shipping rates other than the standard UPS rates for the U.S.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

In this document you will find two sections. The first section, Shipping Rates, covers On Mark International's current shipping rates and stipulations for outgoing orders. The second section, Return Shipping Preparation, will guide you through the process of repacking and returning any items you wish to return in compliance with O.M.I.'s Return and Refund Policy. Immediately below, you will find shortcuts to the aforementioned sections.

  • Export Shipping Rates
Freight for export orders will be quoted on a per order basis and is not indicated in the Standard Domestic Rates chart.
Shipping fees shown for all orders placed online are assessed automatically at Domestic UPS rates and are not valid for overseas shipping. The automatic responce will show the U.S. Domestic rates but they are not valid. Fees for export orders are individually assessed at the time of packaging due to dimensional and weight requirements of individual countries. Each order must be packed, weighed and measured to determine shipping costs. Export customers will be offered the option between Global Express, Global Priority Mail (where applicable), Airmail Parcel Post or Surface Mail.

All orders include insurance where available, this cost will not show up on the package itself.
If a reply is not received in a timely manner OMI will use it's discretion on shipping method.

  • Domestic Shipping Rates

      • Use a rigid box with flaps intact
      • Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other shipment markings from the box

      • Use adequate cushioning material
      • Use strong tape designed for shipping

  • Repackaging Step-by-Step
Use of this Web site (onmarkint.com) is expressly governed by the terms, conditions, disclaimers, limitations of liability and other qualifications (collectively, the "Conditions of Use") set forth below. By using this Web site (onmarkint.com), you accept all of the Conditions of Use and assume all of the risk associated with the use or attempted use of the Information.

    Use a Corrugated Box
Whenever possible, use a new box. The more times a box is used, the more it loses its original protective qualities, so a previously used box may not adequately protect your shipment.

If you must reuse a box, make sure it is rigid and in excellent condition with no punctures, tears, rips, or corner damage, and that all flaps are intact. Remove any labels and all other shipment markings from the box.

Choose a box strength that is suitable for the contents you are shipping. Never exceed the maximum gross weight for the box, which is usually printed on the Box Maker's Certificate on the box's bottom flap.

The UPS Professional ServicesTM package lab's engineers have developed specifications for box strength after years of testing and analysis. Refer to this chart below for recommendations so you can determine the proper size and maximum gross weight limit of a box.
